Refund Policy
1. In-App Purchases
All in-app purchases made within Slashy Knight are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not directly process or manage payments, and therefore cannot issue refunds directly.
If you believe you were charged in error or would like to request a refund, you must contact the platform where the purchase was made:

2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined by the respective app store, not Rockaway Games. Requests are typically honored in cases such as:

All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Apple or Google and subject to their policies.
3. Unauthorized Charges
If you notice an unauthorized charge, we recommend contacting the app store immediately and securing your account credentials. We also encourage you to enable parental controls or purchase authentication features if needed.
4. No Refunds for Consumables or Time-Limited Items
Please note that purchases of consumables (such as in-game currency or boosters) or time-limited items are generally non-refundable, per app store guidelines, once the item has been used or the time window has begun.
